Daniel Valentine, Peter Senior, Shaun Whit and Jenny Hewat's Shark Dive for Kidscan!

Maybe it is our brimming sense of adventure, or stupid naivety, but we have agreed to support Kidscan- the only charity which researches into specifically children's cancers.

The dive involves diving into marine tanks at the Blue Planet with all of their sea creatures. This includes 10ft long tiger sharks. None of the volunteers have any diving experience, so this adds to the challenge of the event.

Kidscan will use our fundraising to support their work and research into cures and treatments for cancer in children. They support the 1 in 500 children who are diagnosed with cancer every year in the UK
