I decided to participate in the Great south run on behalf of Solent MS Therapy Centre. They are a charity foundation that provides treatment and support to multiple sclerosis sufferers. The staff is wonderful and very passionate about what they do.  I have never done more than 5 miles so the race will be quite the challenge for me. Help me train and prepare by donating!
