Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Running is a growing interest among the staff of Upton St Leonards C of E Primary School, and we have 3 teams running the Gloucester Marathon in relays of 6.5 or 13 miles. Some of our runners are first-timers, and we would really appreciate your support.

In our school, we believe that every child and young person should experience success. That's why we're raising money for Young Gloucestershire, which is a charity that supports young people in having the confidence, motivation and skills to improve their lives, through the provision of training, practical support and other opportunities.

Your donation will really make a difference. £5 provides a bus pass for an out-of-work young person to attend a training course. £250 would fund a youth worker for a day a week in a secondary school. £1000 would provide a mentor to support an unemployed young person for a year.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
