Story
As most of you will know my little Oliver was born with chronic renal failure. Since Oliver was born he has been looked after by Dr Oxley and his team at Aberdeen Children's hospital. The medical team from Yorkhill hospital in Glasgow also travel up to Aberdeen to see him every 6 months, the care we have received has been amazing, I know if I am ever worried I can just pick up the phone and ask. I would therefore like to show my appreciation by raising some money for a very worthy charity kidney Kids Scotland.
Kidney kids Scotland works closely with all the Children's hospitals in Scotland helping the children and their families with renal conditions. It's a brilliant charity so please please give generously as all the money will come back to families like us with extra special children like my Oli xx
Update 7/9/2016
Since starting my fundraising Oli's consultant has expressed the need for new BP machines and cuffs in Aberdeen's Childrens renal unit. I have since spoken to kidney kids Scotland and they are more than happy to donate money to him to buy the equipment needed so all money given will be used on my Oli. Keeping a close eye on Blood pressure is really important in children with renal failure. Oli takes medicine daily to keep his blood pressure down having the correct equipment and the correct size BP cuffs is essential to his treatment. So please donate xx
