We are super excited about UWE's chosen Varity charity for 2014: The Creative Youth Network! The money raised by UWE at Varsity will help the charity to develop and deliver their new sports programme, which will help more young people in Bristol to discover their potential.

Each year over a thousand students from the University of Bristol and the University of the West of England go head to head over a series of sporting events, organised by the Students’ Unions of both Universities. Our aim is to enable students to compete in their chosen sport against their closest rivals whilst promoting both universities extra-curricular activities on offer to the city of Bristol, in the name of fun, rivalry and friendship whilst fundraising money for local charity. In the last two years the event has raised nearly £20,000 for local charities & each Union.
