We rescue unloved & unwanted cats & kittens to find them permanent loving furever homes

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In 2002 I adopted two homeless cats (a brother and sister called Tom and Geri) from Yorkshire Cat Rescue. Since that day I've gone on to adopt 3 more stray cats (Woojiboos, Dexter and Snuggles-Miaow) all of whom were living rough on the streets when I took them in. I've been given the chance to run the London Marathon this year through a charity place for Yorkshire Cat Rescue so please help me ensure more homeless cats have a chance of finding their own 'furever' home.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Yorkshire Cat Rescue offers a rehoming service for unwanted and stray cats and kittens in the West Yorkshire area. YCR operates a no-kill policy and neuters all cats and kittens before rehoming. YCR receives no central funding and has to fundraise to meet its vet, food and heating bills etc.
