Story

Over the course of 2016 I will be attempting to:

  1. Climb the Yorkshire 3 peaks; Ingleborough, Whernside and Pen-y-ghent, 24 miles, 5,000 feet of ascent in less than 12 hours
  2. Cycle 100km between Manchester and Blackpool
  3. Put myself through 12 miles of mud, water, electrocution, climbs and obstacles on the Yorkshire Tough Mudder
  4. And finish with a 100km walk within 24 hours on the South Down Challenge

I will be starting on April 16th with the 3 Peak challenge and finishing on August 28th with the South Downs Challenge. I may not be the fastest, or the strongest, but I am pretty determined, and I will finish this. I would love to raise £1000 for the Sophie Lancaster Foundation so they can continue to educate our children to see uniqueness as a gift, to see difference as amazing and to be tolerant of all.

Stamp. Out. Prejudice. Hatred. Intolerance. Everywhere.

About the charity

Following the horrific murder of Sophie Lancaster, her family wanted to ensure a lasting legacy to their beautiful, bright creative daughter and so The Sophie Lancaster Foundation was established and it became a registered charity in 2009. We do this through various means including education.
