Thanks for looking.  If you are, or especially if you aren't, coming out for my birthday don't buy me a drink donate the cost of one to my charity.  I work with Thistle supporting people with disabilities, it really does make a massive difference to many people.  

I have volunteered myself and Karolina to wear nasty morph suits if anyone gives us any money, so dig deep it wont be pretty :-(
