This is my third challenge and the longest trek at altitude over 11 days covering about 115 Km from the Nepal side of the Himalayas (altitude of 5,364 metres (17,598 feet). I hope to be in good shape to also do Kala Patthar peak (5,645 metres, 18,519 feet).  I have been supporting ActionAid for several years and I hope you are able to give as generously as you can as I am really hoping to raise a large amount for this charity who help children and women all round the world to end poverty.
