Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On Sunday 24th April, I am taking the plunge and running the 2016 London Marathon in aid of a brilliant charity called The Sussex Beacon! They help provide care and support to many people living with HIV, helping them to rebuild their lives and stay well. They are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure that men and women living with HIV receive the best possible care.
The London Marathon is 26.1 miles. 42km. Last year over 36,000 people ran it. It’s one of the most prestigious road races in the world, going right through the city centre of one of the most brilliant cities in the world.
This is my first marathon and the longest I've ever attempted to run so it;s suffice to say, I am very excited / nervous! So the more encouragement and support, the better.
Thank you for taking the time to read my page and I really hope you can support my on my marathon mission!
