Sorry to subject you to another unflattering selfie in a wetsuit....

I have been freezing my toes off, cycling through the winter in Northumberland, with only the occasional stop for a cream tea, to train for my biggest challenge yet! 

I am attempting a half ironman triathlon. This entails 1.9k of sea swimming, 90k on the bike topped off with a half marathon. 

I'm hoping to raise money for Brighter Futures Zambia. A charity which does amazing work supporting young people in Zambia.  As a small independent charity your donations go straight to where they are needed.

Anyway, your generous donations will get me round the course before the street sweepers come!
