On Thursday 28th April whilst having a cigarette break I was roped into running the tough mudder which is this Saturday to help out a friend!!! Having never done anything of the sort before or having had any time for training I will need all the moral support I can get. I have decided to raise money for Leaf who are a local charity who have supported some of Emma's family in the past. 

Any sponsorship will be greatly received and you can think of me enduring electrocution and an ice dip whilst you relax on your bank holiday weekend.
