Story

If you're donating, it's probably because you know or have heard about Rich, my husband, and friend to all taking part.

Rich suffered a spinal cord injury in 2012, leaving him paralysed from the chest down. For Rich, and for the 40,000 other people living with SCI in the UK, there is hope of a cure.

Research projects in recent years are proving more fruitful than ever in the quest to treat this historically incurable condition. But spinal charities such as Wings for Life can't do what they do without funding.

Our run on the 8th May is our way to help make that hope become even more of a reality. Help us raise vital funds and you will also be playing an important part.

Forever thankful,

The Keen Runners
