I am doing this walk to raise funds for the Scotland - Rwanda Youth Team 2017, me and 13 local young people will be volunteering for 2 weeks in Rwanda. We will be undertaking various activities and work projects to contribute to building a stronger, more resilient community and school in the village of Gako, in the Bugasera region. I  will also learn about the genocide and how it has effected Rwandan's today. I believe this will bring me new skills and have a different perspective on life. Help me to have an experience of a lifetime, changing my views on life and becoming responsible citizens whilst benefiting others in need.
