For the first time we have adopted a company wide charity in an effort to really make a difference. Our support of Children with Cancer will help fight cancer in kids and save young lives. Many of us have been touched or directly affected by cancer. My own son had cancer at 2 years old. He survived but at the cost of an eye!

There are many events running across the company raising much needed funds. Now it’s our turn. A group of us have decided to do something that we are ill prepared for! It could be a real case of getting ambition and capability mixed up, but we’re going to give it a go.

The challenge is the Lake District 6 Peaks challenge on Saturday 17 September. The circuit of Buttermere valley, at distance of nearly 20km, ascends to 1700 meters! It really will push us!
