As many of you know, I underwent surgery in June 2015 to remove my prostate, having been diagnosed with cancer in March.

I cannot praise highly enough the support given by Prostate Scotland - for the clarity of guidance published on the choices open to me and for their efforts to raise awareness of this disease, which affects so many men.

Prostate Scotland needs your help to lobby the Scottish Govt/NHS to fund a DaVinci robot, which will make the training of cancer surgeons much more efficient and cost effective. Everyone else in Europe has one – only Scotland lags behind here.
