We speak out for young people in care to ensure they are heard and feel empowered

Story

We are cycling the 46 miles from Glasgow to Edinburgh to raise funds for our 2016 Christmas Appeal.

We want to hold family style Christmas dinners in Glasgow and Edinburgh, on Christmas day for care experienced young people. We will bring together our care-experienced family members who would otherwise be spending Christmas day alone in B&B's, flats or homeless accommodation.

For most of us, Christmas time means celebrating with family and receiving presents. For care experienced young people, it can be the loneliest time of the year and remind them of the family they are no longer connected to.

We're doing our best to make sure some of Scotland's most vulnerable care leavers have the option of spending a wonderful day with their care family in Glasgow and Edinburgh.  With your support and donations we can make this a memorable day.

Please donate if you can and help us to give as many young people as possible the Christmas they deserve.
