So on a weekend with fellow MTIs, I agreed to a press-up challenge from Iain Menzies. Initially it was to complete a further 5000 Pressups before Dec 31.

Through discussion, we have now agreed that, between us, we should complete a further 22,222 Pressups between Aug 1 and Dec 31. That breaks down to 73 Pressups each per day. I am uploading mine to one drive so if anyone would like to verify, the evidence will be there and I can provide a link.

Clearly this is to raise awareness of the #22 Pressup Challenge which started in the US for the 22 veterans who take their own life as a result of PTSD.
