We have decided to dig out the running shoes again, this time for the Richmond Running Festival Half Marathon! Training is now in full swing and with just over 6 weeks to go the distances are getting longer followed by a more severe bow legged limp the next day!
We are running on behalf of The Victoria Foundation, a medical charity who provide a wide range of services in the healthcare sector. This ranges from bursaries for medical students to mobility aids for children and accessible transport, even including paying for private treatment for those in financial hardship where this can not be found readily available on the NHS. They do some brilliant work and I am looking forward to being able to see, first hand, the difference the money we raise can make, so please be as generous as you can, it is a very worthy cause.
Thank you.
