In January 2015 the world lost an amazing mum in Sophie Mcdonald, not only was she a fab mum to her 3 beautiful children, but she helped countless people including me and Erica, with our children, on those late nights of despare as a new parents!! So sad I was at the loss of Sophie i felt i had to do something so I've pestered Winstons Wish constantly until they finally conceded one of there 6 precious London Marathon places.

Torturing my legs with months of training hundreds of miles of running is a privilege in my memory of Sophie and the money raised will all go to an amazing cause. 

Winston's wish is a charity set up for children that have been bereaved,  giving them support at the most tragic time of there lives, and helps them make sense of the loss they've suffered and a way to rebuild there lives.
