Story
I will be doing Robin Hood half marathon in September. My sister Lisa talked/tricked me into it by saying she would raise money for the albanism fellowship if I did the half to also raise money for them. Lisa is doing the 75 mile Great Nottinghamshire bike ride in June which is the furthest she has gone on a bike and I'll be doing the half marathon in September to raise money and awareness for Albanism. It's a cause close to our hearts since my daughter Carys was diagnosed with ocular albanism a few years ago and raising awareness is so important to us as we knew very little of it until Carys' diagnosis came. There is no better time than now to announce this new fundraising challenge as it is international albanism awareness day on the 13th June so please take a few minutes to become aware and read my posts over the coming weeks and also if you can donate to this very worthy cause. Thank you
