On 23rd July I and my colleague Colin Shearer are embarking on a long (and hilly!) 50-mile loop of Worcestershire's towns, roads and countryside to raise funds for St Swithun's Church in Worcester. St Swithun's is an outstanding Georgian church that is in urgent need of repairs to conserve, and bring into new use, its fantastic interior. 

Along the way we'll be visiting some of the stunning heritage churches that The Churches Conservation Trust has saved and the communities that surround them.  Our route will takes us to Worcester, Evesham, Strensham and Croome and back to Worcester, finishing at St Swithun's.
