Hayden crawford is 8 years old and is granson of one our dosmestic volunteers at YMCA Reading. He has a complex motor disorder that is undiagnosed but has been given a poor prognosis of lifespan until circa 12. He has currently outgrown his wheelchair and his family are looking to buy a second hand electric mobility chair to assist Hayden. This will cost the family £300. Due to Hayden's disorder the family have found it very hard to find funds to aid with Hayden's disorder. 

His current wheelchair does not allow Hayden to service by himself due to the chair's design for another to support it along. Hayden is 8, he is completely capable of assisting himself with his wheelchair but unfortuantely this is not an option as his current wheelchair does not accomodate this function of self-servicing. The addition of an electric chair will enhance his shortlife to allow him to greater mobility rather than relying on his teachers/support to move him around.

Hayden has a strong passion for WWW Wrestling. Its all he talks about and asks to watch on TV. In Late 2015, Hayden's hero John Cena is coming to the UK and his family would love to achieve his dream of visiting his childhood idol. Travelling cost and accomodation would cost circa £900 which is too much for the family to afford. 

For Hayden to be able to visit his idol would be a dream come true not just for Hayden but for his family and friends. The family know that such an oppertunity would make Hayden extremely happy and would be an unforgettable experience.

We are looking to raise £1,300 which would go towards the expenses of travel/accomodation for the WWW experience and the cost of the 2nd hand electric mobility chair.
