Zero Degrees West is aiming to raise over £10k in support of our local community across the next year. 

Following the incredible Winter Series run, our next event is an Oscar's themed movie quiz night! It will take place at the Magpie & Stump pub on Old Bailey (EC4M) on Friday 26th February. Entries are £10 each (£50 for a team of 5) and seats are limited so donate your entry fee here and drop us an email so we can reserve your place asap at what will be an amazing and illustrious night! 

Having fun and raising money for a great cause - what's not to like?! 

The Holborn Community Association work tirelessly to support every age from babies through to the elderly across a broad range of cultures and economic groups. Their goal is through these services to help bridge the gap between cultures and narrow the divide through education, understanding and tolerance. They also provide employment opportunities through training, supporting people to achieve their visions of a good life and to share that with others, living the community spirit and helping Holborn help itself.

The money will go towards all the materials we need for our DIY project on Bedford House. We aim to raise £10,000 for this alongside some help in kind from volunteers from the ZDW team, friends, family and contacts in the building trade to help breathe some much needed life into what can only be described as a rather forlorn and dilapidated facility at their Bedford House centre. Everyone is welcome to help so please get in contact if you would like to come along!

We plan on conducting the work in the Spring of 2016 so everything is brightened up and beautiful ahead of the summer and giving them  a smashingly great looking new space to keep them going whilst they raise a staggering £2m pounds for a major structural renovation in the years to come. We can't handle having them wait that long when we could do a 'lick of paint' now which will make the world of difference to so many people.
