On the 10th September, I'll be taking on a 100km walk along the Thames River Path to raise awareness and funds in support of Motor Neurone Disease, Guernsey. 

MND is something that affects my family.  It is currently an incurable condition and whatever I can raise will help the charity assist those that are dealing with MND.
