Hi my name is Zoe, three years ago I was diagnosed with a rare eye condition called Uveitis.  Over the past three years I have undergone pioneering surgery to save my sight, I have had to take various tablets, weekly injections and so many eye drops, up to 25 times per day!!!

Thankfully, with the continued support and treatment I have had at Moorfield's Eye Hospital they have managed to save my sight.  I still have to attend regular hospital appointments and take lots of medication and I will also have to have another operation.

Unfortunately, there are many children who attend Moorfield's Eye Hospital also with very serious eye conditions.  My consultant really needs to raise money so they can do research into early diagnostics so they can try and save other children's sight.
