Story

Born out of an alcohol fuelled Friday evening, Iain Phillips and Charlie Wooldridge decided upon a challenge to raise a very lot of money for The Children with Special Needs Foundation. A road trip to Monaco and back in a suitably appointed Grand Bentley.....Lamborghini....all good options but lacking that charity factor and equipped with far too many wheels, and so it was a Robin was required. After many hours of searching, phone calls, trawling the classifieds, ZOOM was secured from a gentleman in Crawley whose business was expanding and who needed something a little more executive, ZOOM made the journey from Crawley to Camberley in a single evening on a busy M25, ZOOM was taken into our secret garage, stripped of its luxuries and sent to our mechanic for its extensive preparation (a roll cage got fitted and the oil got changed) aside of the chairs and carpet, this marvel of Tamworth's finest engineering is as the designer intended, appalling to drive, made out of some sort of prehistoric plastic stuff in a terrible ble colour which has been very kindly hidden by Robbie valet magic.  ZOOM leaks (oh how it leaks), overheats, stops very very very badly, accelerates very very very badly and rolls over very very very easily. So WINDLESHAM TO MONACO AND BACK in ZOOM shouldn't be anymore of a challenge than say WINDLESHAM to MARS and back on a kite made out of chocolate!

Now then for their sins, Charlie and Iain have to spend a week together with ZOOM, they have to make the 2500 mile journey (probably nearer 3000 given both of them have less than amazing senses of direction and are easily distracted) without fighting with each other, falling out, crashing, rolling or anyway enjoying the trip.

What do we need from you?

Sponsorship, Donations, money, money and more money, more donations and some sponsorship and some money and any donations. We will have a sponsorship package available shortly for those of you that have made a profit this year and want to save some coporationt tax. We will have a sponsorship package for more or less anything you suggest, we are greedy, we have few morals, we are open to any kind of approach involving you giving us your money. Or aim is to raise a serious sum of money. Iain and Charlie have entirely funded the car, the trip, the two star hotels, campsites and budget meals and thus any more raised will be eligible for GIFT AID.
