Story
On may 8th 2014 my dad was diagnosed with stage 4 incurable cancer of the oesophagus. He was only 58 years old.Over the course of 8 months, he never gave up Hope, constantly fighting on and staying positive. He was a wonderful man with a big heart and big personality.
Star throwers helped us through this difficult time by giving us, as a family, comfort, encouragement, and the support needed through this difficult time. and they still stay incontact even after the passing of my dad.
Sadly my dad lost his battle to cancer, as it came back more aggressively and spreaded further across his body. On 2nd february 2015 around 16:00 hours , my dad pasted away. 3 days away from his birthday.
I would like to say a big thank you to star throwers for all there support etc and im showing my appreciation by fundraising.
On the weekend of may 31st 2015,Myself and james barber will be doing the 3 peak national challenge , climbing snowdon, scafell pike and ben nevis in 24 hours, we are asking for donations towards the "star throwers" charity.
Thankyou.
