Our wonderful friend Clare Ward has run 3 half marathons in memory of our daughter India.

I (somewhat painfully!) joined her for the last 6 miles of her final 3rd marathon on Saturday 9th November along with family and some of India's friends.

Clare has valiantly been raising funds for the Wiltshire Air Ambulance who were at our house within moments of calling 999. Sadly India had passed away already and there was nothing, despite huge efforts, they could do to save dear India just a few days after her 13th Birthday.

India would have been so proud of Clare!

With a large degree of disbelief, she would also have been highly amused if she could have seen me run!

So many wonderful and kind people have supported Clare in India's memory. She has fabulously raised enough money to keep the Air Ambulance flying for nearly two days, in which time, they on average, fly over 6 potentially life saving journeys (& can be anywhere in Wiltshire in 11 minutes).

The Air Ambulance crew were so incredibly professional and have individually shown our family so much compassion since we lost India. 

Incredibly they need private funding to continue the amazing work they do.

I'm therefore continuing to raise funds - to help pay for this essential service.
