Dad passed away on 21/11/14 after several years of illness. Over the years he was treated by Dr Moses and Dr John and their team at Clarke Ward at Northwick Park hospital. They were fantastic with Dad not only in terms of their medical skills but also in terms of supporting him through some difficult times.
