Hello to all. I received my gift of life in April 1987 after a brief but serious illness. I joined the Harefield Transplant Club shortly after. The club introduced me to some amazing people. They helped me to come to terms with being a heart transplant and encouraged me to live a healthy lifestyle. They were also fully supportive of me taking up an athletic career and compete in the British Transplant Games.

A mad team of 6 transplants have decided to take on the Tough Mudder on May 1. This is a10 mile assault course that needs looking up online to be believed.
