It has been my privilege over the years to work with people with mental health problems and their families and during that time I have massively valued the work of a local charity Restore. They add enormously to peoples' support by being alongside them and helping them get back onto their feet and regain their confidence, often after very serious periods of illness.
Mental health services and chairites are often the poor relations of others and its time to 'fight back' literally and metaphorically to raise some cash and some awareness!
Please donate if you can or send this round to as many people as you can in whatever way you would wish- the more awareness we can give of the work and importance of restore and similar charities the better.
Even better, if you want to come and watch me get bashed about that raises money for other great causes- a win-win situation!! Tickets are available at south moreton boxing club or from RESTORE or myself (but are quite limited).
I am very grateful for people reading this and hopefully supporting our cause-  services for conditions that will affect 1 in 4 of us personally and all of us in some way (but that we often don't talk about).
