Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 20th July 2016 I am embarking on what is probably a very ill conceived journey. 

I will by cycling from London to Paris. The journey takes four days and yes I am allowed to get the ferry for the Dover Calais leg, thankfully no swimming required.

The total distance is approximately 323 miles, with 11,200 feet of climbing involved along the way. 

I'm raising money for an excellent research charity based in Liverpool, UK who are focused on understanding and preventing the spread of cancer through the body. Secondary cancers result in the majority of cancer deaths and I believe research into this topic is a vital part of the fight against cancer.

The trip has been self-funded so any donations go directly to the Cancer and Polio Research Fund.
