We dress and prepare women for interviews to improve their confidence

Story

Aon Apprentices from 2014, Leah Masih, Grace Chapman, Hazel Holland, Jack Robinson, Jasmine Brewer and James Hall have been presented with a unique opportunity to play an important role in AON's Corporate Social Responsibility, whilst benefiting one of it's many supported charities, Smart Works.

Smart Works "provides high quality interview clothes, styling advice and interview training to out-of-work women on low incomes. Smart Works helps them to feel confident, look fabulous, succeed at their job interview and move on with their life."

Smart Works has successfully established centres in London, Edinburgh, Manchester, Reading and is looking to enhance its UK presence to benefit as many women in need as possible.

If you would like to support this cause and appreciate our hard work please consider donating to our page.

We are putting in our best efforts and have also decided to:

  • Hold a Accessories Drive at 5 of AON's offices
  • Volunteer - spend a half day in the Smart Works showroom
  • Create a directory of all the referral partners
  • Update the Interview pack to bring it up to date be more visually friendly
  • Hold a raffle to win the experience of a Lifetime at the Theater of Dreams - OLD TRAFFORD

Please visit smartworks.org.uk for more information on Smart Works and be on the look for updates on our page as to how successful we have been in our other efforts!
