Dylan is a beautiful little boy who has been diagnosed with duchennes muscular dystrophy which is a cruel terminal muscle-wasting disease meaning he will lose the ability to walk play and even hug his family but in the end this cruel illness will stop his heart beating, to make life a little more comfortable for him he needs an electric wheelchair so we are raising money to help get this for him as it is unlikely it will be provided by the NHS...
