Antarctica Endurance Expedition 2015, 25 November 2016
We help bullied and traumatised children to give vulnerable children new confidence

Story

The reason I am doing this trip is to finish Shackelton's journey to the south pole. 15 of us are walking the just over 115 miles, while dragging all of our supplies in sledges behind us. We are aiming to complete it in 10-14 days, at temperatures of -40.

I personally am doing it to demonstrate my full recovery from illness, and will be the third youngest to ever walk to the south pole.

£5,000 will pay the bursary for one child to go to Red Balloon, £15,0000 paying for three.

I hope this trip is something that will spur you to help me raise money for this worthwhile cause.

About the charity

16,000 children in the UK are so badly bullied that they cannot go to school. The aim of Red Balloon is to aid their recovery by providing them with an 'intensive care' full-time academic and personal and social education programme so that they can return to mainstream school or go on to college.
