We have now raised over £9000 and I would like to say an enormous thank you to all of you that have supported us both in our fundraising and also emotionally. We are so lucky to have family and friends that mean so much to us; and who continue to help us through this. Thank you once again. Adam and Tracey XXXxX
OUR BOY BEN
Ben Wesley was born on 1 March 1994.
He was an extremely happy and loving child which continued into his teenage years.
On 21 February 2012, Ben was involved in a car accident whilst on his way to work and suffered a brain stem injury meaning he had to be airlifted to the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel by the HERTS AIR AMBULANCE.
Ben received wonderful medical care from the most amazing nursing staff but sadly passed away on 22 February, with his mum and me at his bedside, a week short of his 18th birthday.
These fantastic people gave Ben every opportunity to survive his injuries and we cannot thank them enough.
He was a very hard working young man and was a passionate Manchester United fan.
Ben was an enormous part of our family and is hugely missed by all.
This just giving page is to show our heartfelt appreciation for a service that is WHOLLY FUNDED BY CHARITABLE DONATIONS and without lottery funding or government aid.
It means so much to us that this money may go some way to helping someone reach hospital in time to receive life saving treatment.
Our thanks go out to all of you who have donated so generously; and to all who will continue to give to this extremely worthy charity.
