<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: &amp;amp;amp;amp; font-size: 10pt;">On <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Saturday 30 June 2012</strong> we (Guy and Matt) will take on the enormous challenge of <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">walking 100 miles</strong> <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">non stop</strong> from Rochester in Kent, to Beachy Head in East Sussex; to raise money for The Caron Keating Foundation via the newly formed breast cancer support group <span style="color: #888888;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Breast Friends Forever</strong>.</span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: &amp;amp;amp;amp; font-size: 10pt;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: &amp;amp;amp;amp; font-size: 10pt;">The trek should take us about <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">40 hours (without sleep!)</strong> and includes just four scheduled 1 hour rest stops.&nbsp;We've done a few long distance walks in the past, but this is a whole new ball game&hellip;</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: &amp;amp;amp;amp; font-size: 10pt;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: &amp;amp;amp;amp; font-size: 10pt;">We have set ourselves this challenge for one simple reason &ndash; to <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">raise as much money as we possibly can to support people with breast cancer</strong>. This cause is very close to our hearts. Guy&rsquo;s sister Amy was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 26, and just a month after she had successfully completed her year long treatment our good friend Wendy found out she had breast cancer too. The way that both of them dealt with the news head on and took their treatment in their stride is a true inspiration for everyone around them, and certainly spurred us on&nbsp;into coming up with this crazy 100 mile idea!</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: &amp;amp;amp;amp; font-size: 10pt;">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="color: #888888;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: &amp;amp;amp;amp;">Breast Friends Forever</span></strong></span><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: &amp;amp;amp;amp; font-size: 10pt;"> is run by Wendy Owens and her good friend Fi Gordon (who had breast cancer at the same time as Wendy).<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>To support us and raise more money they are holding a <span style="color: #888888;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">BFF Charity BBQ&nbsp;</strong></span>in Tonbridge on the Saturday afternoon&nbsp;&ndash; the half way point on our walk.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>We should be passing through at about 5pm so please come along and support us!
