Both myself and Paul Morgan will be cycling to Weston Super Mare on 27th April. The journey is just over 100 miles and will take us about 7 hours to complete.

I once met David Rathband at an awards ceremony inn london, he made a very inspirational speech and it was clear that more support is needed for families who find themselves in situations where loved ones are injured at work.

Following the recent news regarding the passing on David we have decided to do this cycle ride in honour of him and with your help raise as much as possible for The Blue Lamp Foundation.
