Story
The team have spent the last 9 months up and down the country giving talks, hosting workshops and talking to young people to eradicate the stigma against mental health issues.
This summer - 10 of us will be running the British 10k to raise funds for SANE so that their work can affect change in more and more communities all over the UK.
Funding charities such as SANE and projects such as the Black Dog Campaign is instrumental in directly reducing the suffering of many people across the world.
