Two of my friends died of cancer last year. Both had chemotherapy and they and their families needed extensive support. LINC is based in my home town and provides top quality care, funds research and helps buy equipment to boost NHS funding. Its a different cancer to the one that took my freinds but its still part of the same fight.

Anything you can give will be gratefully recieved and put to very good use. I am already in training, cycling about 8 hours a week and visiting a trainer at the gym regularly to keep the limbs working OK! There are 8 weeks to go so please start giving ASAP: it forces me to carry on with the punishment and it is hugley encouraging for me and for LINC
