Story
For those of you who have followed my story in September last year my life changed. I became the victim of rape and life changed that day.

Now for the change to be positive to help others who find themselves in the awful situation I did.
As some of you know I have completed my climbing course and have spent a lot of time climbing and I have spent a lot of time falling off :-). I have conquered my fear of heights when I look back at the last year it seems quite insignificant really.I want to say a huge thank you to rock solid climbing wall at oxford brookes for donating both the course and my time on the wall.
I want to thank my brilliant friends and family and wonderful strangers for supporting such a worthy cause.
I want to ask for all your help again to share spread the word donate get people talking about sexual violence. There are still people who think people like me should remain quiet and in the shadows. After this happened everything seemed darker and lonelier you feel invisible. Shame should be on the perpetrators not the victims of sexual violence.
I have mostly been pleasantly surprised and humbled by people's response and want to honour that support.
Even if it helps 1 other person it's worth it.
So we will go on we will climb and hopefully make a difference to other people.
Many thanks
