Kim West is raising money for Swindon Down's Syndrome Group

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">My name is Brett Hanley and on Sunday 24th June I am going to cycle approximately 400 miles over 6 days with 13 other colleagues. We are cycling from Southampton to Newcastle.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">I have chosen "The Swindon Down's Syndrome Group" as my charity because my friends Son has Down's Syndrome so it’s very close to me but I also want to contribute to their good work.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">The main area of need for people with Down’s syndrome is in the area of communication. All children/people with Down’s syndrome will have some level of learning disability and some difficulty with speech and language. So the money </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">that I raise will be going towards their very worthwhile project "Speech and Language Therapy". The Group fundraises £</span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">17,129.50 </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">per year to give their children weekly speech and language therapy instead of one hour per term.</span></p>
