From 2014-15 Muslim Burial Fund have supported over 14 needy individuals with burial support.
Story
Muslim Burial Fund ‘Inspired by Peter Chatfield’
A growing number of Muslims are buried or cremated as ‘unknown’ meaning they have no known family or friends to bury them. There have been instances where the deceased bodies were kept in hospital morgues for weeks and months with the only option of cremation left available.
Muslim Burial Fund will usually support those who are eligible for Zakat or are completely isolated and have no family support.
Our Target: 60 Burials @ £2,500 = £150,000
