The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileOn Saturday 25th June Elizabeth along with friends and supporters will be donning their walking boots to climb Mount Snowdon in memory of Elizabeth's son Nicholas Mills and to celebrate DrugFAM's 10th anniversary.
Once at the top of the mountain there will be a short ceremony where candles will be lit and prayers will be said in memory of those we have lost to addiction. We will also be reading poems and letters on behalf of DrugFAM's bereaved families.
We are aiming to raise funds to help us continue supporting families who have been bereaved by drugs or alcohol. DrugFAM offers support in the following ways:
- Quarterly support groups for bereaved families at our High Wycombe office
- An annual bereavement conference
- Our telephone helpline- One-to-one support
In recognition of DrugFAM's 10th anniversary we are inviting donations of £10 in order to help us to continue providing these services to our clients.
