Story
Community-Apprentice is Envision's social action programme for 16 & 17 year olds.
It's a city wide competition in which teams of young people compete against each other to have the biggest social impact. 440 young people have just completed the most successful year yet.
We also have evidence from the Cabinet Office, that the programme works. Not only does it impact on local communities, Community-Apprentice develops the skills needed for employment and adulthood.
As you know, we don't normally do this. But this programme can benefit everyone and we know it works, so we're passionate to see it continue in schools across Birmingham.
As someone who has benefited from or been involved in Envision, we're asking you, your family and friends to donate what you can to help us reach our target.
If we reach the £10k we need, next year's Community-Apprentices will collectively volunteer 20,000+ hours of their time building a better Birmingham for everyone.
