Heart 2 Heart aims to reach out to the most vulnerable in our society, such as the homeless and chronically ill and promote stronger and more vibrant neighbourhoods in a very simple manner; through greeting and feeding.

In a time when the country has been divided over political views and the recent Brexit vote, this endeavor is now even more important to show our city and the country, that we stand united.  

So far, we have handed out 300 roses to commemorate the 7/7 tragedy and fed over 300 homeless people across 6 London Boroughs on the same day, and launched a campaign to encourage the feeding of neighbours.

Our latest project

We would like to greet and feed the homeless at Booth House, Whitechapel on Thursday 27th September 2016, from 5:30pm onwards.
