The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileFrom the 28th July to the 5th August a team of cyclists are following in the footsteps of the local regiment 'The Ox and Bucks Regiment' along the Western Front of 1914.
This will be both physically and emotionally challenging as the team take the 800 mile harrowing route in just 9 days. We're training hard to raise money for Combat Stress, a national charity that supports ex-Service men and women of all ages to live free from the harmful effects of psychological wounds, and Oxford United Community Trust, a local charity working to tackle the often unseen inequalities in Oxfordshire, such as life expectancy of those living on Blackbird Leys being 14 years less than those living just 15 minutes up the road.
You're invited to join the team and fundraise yourself too; you can purchase a specially designed cycle jersey from www.knightsportswear.com with all profits going to charity.
