Story

Peter experienced homelessness for several months, see what he said...

“I would access the Mobile Health Unit every week. My feet were quite bad from all the walking I did...it was someone who would listen and care. Your health and your well-being is everything, especially when you’re dealing with homelessness. You couldn’t get that service anywhere else. People on the streets would be lost without it'

About the Mobile Health Unit

The Mobile Health Unit is operated in partnership with Safetynet Ireland and Dublin Simon Community, delivering free primary Health Care and Harm Reduction services to people experiencing Homelessness across Dublin.

In 2015, nearly 1000 GP consultations took place.

The Challenge

We will be cycling on 10 Stationary bikes for 12 hours straight on South King St Dublin 2 May 7th for this worthy cause. Please donate to join this vital campaign

*If we exceed our target for the purchase of a new Clinic, additional funds will go towards operating costs of the  service
