We share 96.4% of our DNA with orangutans, but we have pushed them to the edge of extinction.  You can help save them. Deforestation is the greatest threat facing orangutans. Tearing down jungle for farmlands and roads destroy all manner of natural balances and is one of the biggest drivers of climate change. Orangutans need the forests to survive - and so do we.
